There are several problems in modern day life. The key ones are - lower energy levels, tension and stress, depression.
These may not seem to be big problems but they're in fact quite dangerous. If someone suffers from depression, that person may even consider placing an end to his or maybe her life. Feelings of boredom and loneliness can make people go crazy.
Stress is among the biggest problems of modern life. It can lead to many additional issues. Stress is able to have an effect on relationships, can easily cause divorce, could give you sleepless nights, allow you to short tempered and rob the satisfaction out of life.
Low energy levels can lead to under-performance, affect the careers of yours, possibly cause dissatisfaction and resentment in relationships, allow you to frustrated, weaken immune system etc.
