В Петербурге завершили расследование дела о финансовой пирамиде Life is good

Следователи ГСУ ГУ МВД России по городу Петербургу и Ленобласти окончили предварительное расследование уголовного дела в отношении десяти человек, обвиняемых в организации деятельности по привлечению денежных средств и мошенничестве, совершённых в особо крупном размере в составе преступного сообщества.

Как рассказала официальный представитель МВД России Ирина Волк, уголовное дело с утверждённым обвинительным заключением уже направлено в Приморский районный суд Петербурга для рассмотрения по существу. На скамье подсудимых окажутся жители Северной столицы, Московской области и Башкортостана, которые предлагали гражданам стать пайщиками кооператива в обмен на новое жильё или получение дохода в размере до 30% годовых, но на самом деле не занимались реальным инвестированием вкладов.

Следователи полагают, что участники преступной группы вели противоправную деятельность с 2014 года на территории девяти регионов России, создав подконтрольные организации с сетью региональных филиалов под единым брендом "Лайф из Гуд". Всего в деятельность финансовой пирамиды были вовлечены более 18 тыс. россиян, которые суммарно вложили в жилищный кооператив более 15 млрд рублей, два из которых присвоили организаторы криминальной схемы.

Всего в состав криминальной организации входили 35 соучастников. Десять предполагаемых участников преступного сообщества были задержаны оперативниками ГУЭБиПК МВД совместно с полицейскими из Петербурга и сотрудниками ФСБ в феврале 2022 года, остальные обвиняемые объявлены в розыск.

Во время расследования уголовного дела об организации преступного сообщества (ч. 3 ст. 210 УК РФ), мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ) и организации деятельности по привлечению денежных средств (ч. 2 ст. 172.2 УК РФ) сотрудники полиции и ФСБ провели по местам проживания фигурантов и в офисах подконтрольных им организаций свыше 100 обысков, изъяв компьютерную технику, средства связи, документы и другие предметы, которые можно представить в суде в качестве доказательств.

Кроме того, в качестве обеспечительной меры по возмещению причинённого материального ущерба арестованы активы фигурантов на общую сумму порядка 1 млрд рублей. Также арест наложен на более чем 2,3 тыс. квартир, находящихся в собственности кооператива и денежные средства на счетах компании — более 3,7 млрд рублей.

Несколько лет назад Колпинский районный суд Петербурга рассматривал уголовное дело о мошенничестве, совершённом под видом продажи имущества и недвижимости. Обвиняемым в данном преступлении мужчинам 29 и 33 лет вменялись более 20 эпизодов преступной деятельности. Как писал "Деловой Петербург", преступники незаконно получали деньги за якобы выставленные на продажу автомобили, спецтехнику, квартиры, дома и земельные участки.

Прошлой осенью заслуженный юрист России Иван Соловьёв рассказывал, что мошенники нашли новый способ обманывать россиян. Злоумышленники представлялись сотрудниками правоохранительных органов и говорили своим жертвам, что на них якобы оформлены кредиты во множестве банков, причём обязательно под залог квартиры. Для сохранения денег их предлагали срочно перевести на безопасные счета, а квартиру переоформить на "сотрудника ФСБ".
